Bus & Vaporetto:

A faster alternative, best for smaller luggage, backpackers or travelers willing to transfer from bus terminal to boat dock.

Exiting baggage claim turn left and buy your transportation tickets at the public transport ticket counter. Follow signs straight out of airport to bus stops. Take ACTV bus number 5 (23 min) or the ATVO Airport Shuttle (20 min) to Venezia - Piazzale Roma (the car and bus terminal for Venezia).

(For arrivals from Treviso Airport)

From Piazzale Roma find the ACTV waterbus vaporetto docks just left of the modern bridge, take line 2, 1, 4.1, 5.1 or N to the San Marco stops. Please note the docks letters may change due to night hours or to dock maintenance.

Quick & Scenic - Line 2: (Hours 09:18- 19:42) 33 min
From dock F take line 2 down the Grand Canal in the direction of Rialto direct to San Marco Giardinetti stop (Note: Do not take line 2/ it ends at Rialto and does not continue to San Marco, if you do take it and you are told to get off at Rialto, just get off and wait there for the next line 2 to continue your trip). Alilaguna slowly takes you direct to San Marco with no need to transfer, best if you have difficulty with heavy luggage, mobility, or are very tired.

Exiting baggage claim turn left and buy your transportation tickets at the public transport ticket counter. Follow signs to water transport and moving walkway to the airport's boat dock (follow the signs and arrows for vaporetto water bus public transportation to Venezia) take the Alilaguna boat Blue Line Linea Blu (1 hour 28 min), or Red line Linea Rossa (Apr-Nov, 1 hour 12 min) to the San Zaccaria stop, then follow the San Zaccaria step by step guide to B&B Corte Campana. Private water taxi:

Fastest way to get to Venice, good for a group to share the high cost. Not recommended for people with limited mobility.

Exiting baggage claim turn left look for signs for Speed Boat to Venice to purchase ticket voucher. Follow signs to water transport and moving walkway to the airport's boat docks.
